Stewardship, Tuition, and Fees

St. Mary on the Hill Catholic School is the parish school and the largest ministry of St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church. St. Mary's is a stewardship parish where all ministries belong to and are the responsibility of the entire parish. Families who are active tithing members of St. Mary on the Hill parish may be eligible to attend the school under stewardship if all of the following apply for at least one full year prior to attending school. Active tithing members:

  • are registered members of the parish,
  • attend Sunday and Holy Day Masses regularly and use Church envelopes indicating Mass attendance, and
  • have a stewardship commitment card on file at the Church Office each year pledging their time, talent, and treasure and honor those commitments.

School families who are not active tithing members of St. Mary on the Hill parish attend the school under tuition. Tuition for the 2018-2019 school year is provided below.

Please click on the following link to set up an account. For families who already have a FACTS account with another school (e.g. Aquinas High School), your FACTS information can be updated to include St. Mary's school by entering school code 13104.

Fees for the 2018-2019 school year are as follows:

  • There is a $75 non-refundable application fee per child. This fee, due at the time of application, does not guarantee placement. It places your child on a list to be tested.
  • Once testing has been completed and your child has been accepted, there is an annual $350 per child enrollment fee. This fee helps offset annual educational expenses such as classroom materials, consumables (e.g. workbooks), online educational subscriptions, and technology.
