As you drop off your children in the mornings, please remember the following information:

For Carline A drop-off (Monte Sano): Please do not remain “parked” in the front parking lot with your child passed 7:35 a.m.  Remaining parked beyond this time causes cars to back up on Monte Sano, which causes problems for our walkers and drivers elsewhere.  Beginning at 7:35 a.m., you may let your child out to wait outside the front door, until the doors are opened at 7:45 a.m.

For Carline B drop-off (Helen Street): Please wait until you reach the yellow posts before letting your child(ren) out of the car.  Dropping children off closer to Arsenal Avenue is not the safest option for a few reasons.  First, the drivers at the back of the line are more tempted to pull off around the cars towards the front of the line, which can cause a back-up on Helen Street.  Second, our Safety Patrol members are posted by the yellow poles (and therefore close to the entrance doors) so that they can ensure the safety of your children as they exit the car.  Thank you for your assistance with this!

SAVE THE DATES!

Our first Catholic Social Services Canned Food Drive will be held the week of Monday, August 28th.  Please encourage your child to select some canned goods from your cupboard or while out on a grocery run.  The homerooms in each department that bring in the most canned goods will be rewarded!

Storybook Character Parade* is August 31st at 8:30AM in gymnasium. (1st and 2nd grades). All parents are invited to attend!

Our Fall Scholastic Book Fair is set for September, 25th-29th.  Mark your calendars to Saddle Up and read with us!
