Stewardship, Tuition, and Fees

St. Mary on the Hill Catholic School is the parish school and the largest ministry of St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church. St. Mary's is a stewardship parish where all ministries belong to and are the responsibility of the entire parish. Families who are active tithing members of St. Mary on the Hill parish may be eligible to attend the school under stewardship if all of the following apply for at least one full year prior to attending school. Active tithing members:

  • are registered members of the parish,
  • attend Sunday and Holy Day Masses regularly and use Church envelopes indicating Mass attendance, and
  • have a stewardship commitment card on file at the Church Office each year pledging their time, talent, and treasure and honor those commitments.

School families who are not active tithing members of St. Mary on the Hill parish attend the school under tuition. Tuition for the 2018-2019 school year is provided below. The tuition schedule for the 2019-2020 school year will be available in January 2019.

Tuition for the 2018-2019 school year is as follows:

  • Practicing Catholic: $6,695 per child
  • Non-practicing Catholic or Non-Catholic: $8,320 per child

St. Mary's uses FACTS Management Company, formerly known as RenWeb, as our student information system (SIS). St. Mary's also partners with FACTS  for assistance in managing payments (e.g. application fee, enrollment fee, tuition, before- and after-school care, cafeteria). All school families must have a FACTS account. For families who already have a FACTS account with another school (e.g. Aquinas High School), you should be able to update your information to include St. Mary's school by entering school code 13104.

Fees for the 2018-2019 school year are as follows:

  • There is a $75 non-refundable application fee per child. This fee, due at the time of application, does not guarantee acceptance. 
  • Upon acceptance, there is an annual, nonrefundable per student enrollment fee (e.g. $350 for the 2018-2019 school year). This fee helps offset annual educational expenses such as classroom materials, consumables (e.g. workbooks), and online educational subscriptions.
