St. Mary on the Hill Catholic School (SMCS) coordinates an active volunteer program to assist in the operation of the school and its many programs. Volunteers are welcomed and valued members of the SMCS school community.  

All volunteers must complete a background check, attend VIRTUS training (must recertify training at a five-year interval, either by completing an online Re-certification or attending another Protecting God's Children training session), and sign the Diocesan Code of Conduct and Policy on the Prevention of Sexual Abuse of Minors.
